The key to success in the outbound call center department is research. You cannot make random calls to anyone and everyone on your database and expect results. Pick your target demographics carefully. If your BPO firm is selling tech support, there is no point in targeting homemakers. Study your product or service thoroughly. Then sift through the database that you have got to mark out the target callers. Keep in mind that this is the most important part of the job. Next up: check for other data that you might have. The outbound call center agent must study for facts that point out certain characteristics about the targeted callers. How many of them go to office? How many of them have loans? How many of them are educated? These are important statistics for a call center agent. If the person is working in an office and you have a home number, no point calling that person during office hours! Similarly, if the person is already neck-deep in debt, there are very less chances that the person will welcome a telemarketing call that sells insurance policies. In fact, an odd call might inflame the person into aggressive behavior. These details will keep you ahead of the game and make you equipped to talk to your target callers with more than just professional courtesy.
A great tip for outbound call center agents is to engage the potential customers in conversation. The only way you can get data for your market mix is to be comfortable with the receivers of your calls. It's the duty of the call center agent to put them in a comfortable position. Allow the person to lead the conversation but don't lose control of it either. At the end of the day, your BPO firm will look at what you have achieved in terms of numbers. You have to keep sight on the sale even when you are warming up to the potential customer. Once you have pointed out their needs, you can offer them your product/service. Wing zero vs Evangelion Unit 01?
ok i dont really watch neon genisis, but isnt the eva unit 1 just, like an angel with the stuff on it to make it a mech? so if Wing Zero Custom cut it in half with its beam saber, would the angel be free and then pwn wing zero? also, would the buster rifle kill it? (i got the idea for this question from this fu!king sweet picture someone made)
Wing Zero Custom has the Zero system built into it. The Zero system allows the user to plan ahead and see many different outcomes to the end of a fight. To this end, Wing Zero Custom has an advantage. Not to mention, the mobile suit is one of the most powerful ever designed. Its reaction timing, speed and weapons capability are all beyond that of the Eva01.
Now with this said, you need to realize something else. The Evangelion units were created by capturing a creature called an Angel. By the sacrificing of someone dear to the pilot, the Angel is subdued and placated enough to be used. With the introduction of cybernetics, the Angel is further reengineered into an Eva unit. In the Evangelion universe, the Eva unit 01 is the most powerful unit to their line. The only problem is that it has to be connected to a power supply to recharge after so many minutes, which is a huge drawback because the Wing Zero is self-sustaining.
This being said and done, Wing Zero would win hands down. The Eva 01 doesn't nearly have as much power as the Wing Zero. Even considering that it's an Angel with cybernetics, the Eva 01 doesn't even come close to anything the Wing Zero can do. You'd have to give the Eva 01 the same power source for it to even hold a candle to the Wing Zero. The Eva alone just isn't strong enough.
